The Dept. of Academic Affairs, Labaid Hospitals is going to arrange a CME on two very important medical issues

– one ‘Kidney Transplant – Past, Present, Future’ to be enlightened by Dr. Tan Choon Hian, Roger, Senior Consultant, Renal Medicine, Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore and second one on ‘Cancers after Renal Transplant’ to be presented by Dr. patricia Kho, Consultant, Medical Oncology, Parkway cancer Centre, Singapore. The CME program will be chaired by Dr. M A Samad, Chief Consultant, Dept. of Nephrology, Labaid Specialized Hospital, Dhaka and Co-chaired by Prof. Syed Akram Hossain, Ex-Chairman, Dept. of Oncology, BSMMU and Consultant Oncologist, LSH. The CME is scheduled to be held on 24th July, 2011 at 12:30 pm at the auditorium, Labaid Specialized Hospital.)

A very interesting CME entitled ‘Managing Pain with Responsibility & Care’ was held on 12th July, 2011 in the auditorium of Labaid Specialized Hospital, Dhaka. Chaired by Prof. (Dr.) M Khademul Islam, Advisor & Chief Consultant Surgeon, Dept. of General & laparoscopic Surgery, LSH the clinical meeting was addressed by Prof. Dr. M Amjad Hossain, Chief Consultant, Dept. of Orthopedics, LSH and attended by a host of physicians from Labaid Hospitals.
